Disorder in the court

This is out of an american book, called ‘Disorder in the court’. Those are sentences, which were really told like that in front of the court, word by word, reported and published of reporters.

F: When is your birthday?
A: 15th of July
F: Which year?
A: Every year.

F: This amnesia, does it concern your whole memory?
A: Yes.
F: On which way does it attack your memory?
A: I forget.
F: You forget. Can you give me an example, of what you forgot?

F: How old is your son, the one who lives with you?
A: 38 or 35, I always change this.
F: For how long does he live with you already?
A: For 45 years.

F: What was the first that your husband said on that one morning when he woke up?
A: He said: “Where am I, Cathy?”
F: And why did you become so angry then?
A: My name is Susan.

F: Well Doctor, isn’t it like that, when you die during sleeping, you recognize it soonest when you wake up?

F: Your youngest son, the 25-years old, how old is he?

F: Where you there, when the picture was made of you?

F: The conception of the child was on August 8th?
A: Yes.
F: And what did you do at that time?

F: How was your fist marriage finished?
A: Because of death.
F: And through whose death was it finished?

F: Can you describe the person?
A: He was about middle tall and he head a beard.
F: Was it a man or a woman?

F: Is your appearance reasoned by the invitation i sent to your lawyer?
A: No, I always wear things like that, when i go to work.

F: Doctor, how many of your autopsies do you did on dead persons?
A: I do all of my autopsies on dead persons…

F: All your answers must be oral, okay? On which school did you go?
A: Oral.

F: Do you remember the time of the autopsy?
A: It began at about 8:30.
F: Mr. Denningten was that at that time?
A: No, he sat on the table and wondered, why i make an autopsy on him.

F: Are you qaulified to give an urine sample?
A: Oral.

And this last one is my absolute favourite. it is about a discussion of a lawyer and a doctor:

F: Doctor, bevore you’ve started with the autopsy, have you measured the puls then?
A: No.
F: Did you measure the blood pressure?
A: No.
F: Did you test the breathing?
A: No.
F: So, is it possible, that the patient was still alive, when you made an autopsy on him?
A: No.
F: How can you be so sure, doctor?
A: Because his brain was on a glass on my table.
F: Could he still be alive anyway?
A: Well, yes, it is possible, that he was still alive, working as a lawyer.

i just can say on thing: typical american ;-)

Something to think…

An american boy asks his american dad before going to sleep.

S: Dad, why did we need to attack the Iraq?

F: Because they have mass destroying weapons.

S: But the inspectors didn’t find any.

F: Because the people in Iraq hid them.

S: And why did we overtake the Iraq?

F: Because overtakings always work better than inspections.

S: But after we overtook it we still haven’t found mass destroying weapons, did we?

F: Because they hid the weapons very well. Don’t be afraid, I’m sure we will find some. I guess short before the next elections.

S: Why did the Iraq want all these weapons?

F: To use it in war, dummy.

S: I’m confused… If they had all these weapons to use them in war, why didn’t they use it when we had war with them?

F: Well, i guess they didn’t want that anybody knowes that they have these weapons, and so they decided that they want to die more than to defend.

S: This has no sense. Why should they decide to die, when they have such big weapons to defend?

F: This is another culture, it doesn’t need to have any sense.

S: I don’t know how it is with you, but i don’t think that they had any weapons which the goverment tells us that they had them.

F: Well… you know, it is not important if they had weapons. We had another reason to attack them.

S: And which one was this?

F: Even if the Iraq had no mass destroying weapons, Saddam Hussein was a bad dictator and this is also a good reason to attack another country.

S: Why? What does a bad dictator, that it is right to attack his country?

F: Well… he tortured his own people for example.

S: Like they do it in China?

F: Don’t compare China and Iraq. China is a good economy rival, where millions of people work for slave-money in sweatshops to make US-companies more rich.

S: So, when a country tortures their people to make american companies more rich it is a good folk?

F: Exactly.

S: Why are the people in Iraq tortured?

F: Mainly for political reasons, like if the critize the gouverment. People who critized the gouverment in Iraq were put into jail and tortured.

S: Isn’t it the same like it happens in China?

F: I already told you, it’s different with China.

S: What’s the difference between China and Iraq?

F: Well, Iraq was gouvered by the Baath-party, while China is under communism.

S: Didn’t you tell me once that communists are evil?

F: No, just communists in Cuba are evil.

S: Why are communists in Cuba evil?

F: Well, because people who critice the gouverment in Cuba are put into jail and tortured.

S: Like in Iraq?

F: Yes

S: And like in China?

F: Like i already said: China is a good rival in economy, but Cuba isn’t that.

S: How come?

F: Well, in the 60ies our gouverment made some laws which made it illegal for americans to make business with the people from Cuba, as long till they are no communists but capitalists like we..

S: But when we would be able to get rid of these laws and make some business with Cuba, wouldn’t it help them to get capitalists, like we?

F: Don’t pretend like you know more than others.

S: I didn’t know that i do this.

F: Anyway… they also have no free religion choose in Cuba.

S: Like in China with the Falun- Gong- Bewegung?

F: I already told you: Don’t talk bad about China! In all cases, Saddam Hussein got his power with a military revolution, and so he is no right leader.

S: What is a military revolution?

F: This is if a general of the army takes the leading of a country with violence instead of elections, like we have it in the USA

F: Didn’t it the leader of Pakistan also like that? With a revoluion of the army?

F: You mean Genereal Pervez Musharraf? Erm, yes, he did it like that, but Pakistan is our friend.

S: Why is Pakistan our friend when their leader is not right?

F: I never said that Pevrez Musharraf is not right.

S: Didn’t you say, a general of the army who comes to the power when he makes a military revolution isn’t a right leader?

F: Just Saddam Hussein. Pervez Musharraf is our friend, because he helped us to attack Afghanistan.

S: Why did we attack Afghanistan?

F: Because of that what they did to us in 9/11.

S: What did Afghanistan in 9/11?

F: Well, at 9/11 19 men, 15 were from Saudi Arabia, kidnapped 4 planes and crashed with them into buildings in New York and Washington, and they killed 4000 people with this.

S: And what did Afghanistan there?

F: In Afghanistan these bad people were trained, under the power of the Taliban.

S: Aren’t Taliban these evil radikal islamists who cut off the hands and heads of people?

F: Yes, exactly. And they didn’t just cut off the hands and heads of people, they are also evil to women.

S: Didn’t the Bush goverment give 43 million of dollars to the Taliban gouverment in 2001?

F: Yes, but this was for that, that they fought successfully against drugs.

S: Against drugs?

F: Yes, the Taliban were very helpful to stop the producing of Opium.

S: How did they do this so well?

F: Very easy. When the people were busted when they plant opium, the Taliban cut off their hands and heads.

S: When the Taliban cut off the hands and heads of people because they had plants it was alright, but not if they cut off the heands and heads because of toher reasons?

F: Right. It is alright for us, if radikal islamistic fundamentalists cut off hands because they have plants, but it is evil to cut off the hands because the people stole bread

S: Don’t the people in Saudi Arabia also cut off hands and heads?

F: This is something else. Afghanistan was leaded by a tyrannistic patriarch, who forced women to wear burkas in public, and they would have killed them if they wouldn’t have listenend.

S: Don’t have women in Saudi Arabia also have to wear burkas in public?

F: No, the women in Saudi Arabia wear just a traditional islamistic dress.

S: What is the difference?

F: A traditional islamistic dress, like it is worn in Saudi Arabia, is a good and elegant piece of clothes, which hides the whole female body except eyes and fingers. The burka is a bad tool of the evil Taliban which hides the whole female body except of eyes and fingers.

S: Sounds like the same with different names.

F: You can’t compare Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan! The people in Saudi Arabia are our friends.

S: But i thought 15 of the 19 kidnappers of the planes from 9/11 came from Saudi Arabia.

F: Yes, but they were trained in Afghanistan.

S: Who coached them?

F: An evil man named Osama bin Laden.

S: Was he from Afghanistan?

F: Erm.. noo, he is from Saudi Arabia, but he is a really, really evil man.

S: I think i remember that he was our friend once.

F: Just when we helped him and his Mujaheddeen in the 80ies to beat the invasion of the soviets in Afghanistan

S: Who were the soviets? Was this this evil communistic empire from which Ronald Reagan told of?

F: Soviets don’t exist anymore. The Union of the Soviets divided in 1990 or something like this. And now they

have elections and capitalism, like we. Now we call them Russians.

S: And the soviets- i mean, the russians- are they our friends now?

F: Well, not really. You know, they were friends for many years, after they stopped being the soviets, but then they decided not to help us to attack the Iraq and now we are quite angry to them. We are also angry to the french and the germans, because they didn’t help us.

S: So, the french and the germans are also evil?

F: Not really evil, but bad enough to change “French fries” and “French toast” into “Freedome fries” and “Freedome toast”.

S: Do we always change the names of the foods if a country doesn’t do what we want?

F: No, we just do it with friends. Our enimies we attack.

S: But wasn’t Iraq our friend in the 80ies?

F: Well, yes, for a while.

S: Was Saddam Hussein already the leader of Iraq at this time?

F: Yes, but at this time he fought against Iran, which made him partly to our friend.

S: Why did this make him to our friend?

F: Because the Iran was our enimy at this time.

S: Didn’t he kill lots of kurdes in this time?

F: Yes, but we looked away at this time of this, to show him, that we are his friends.

S: So, the one who fights against our enimies get automatically to our friend?

F: Mainly yes.

S: And everybody who fights against our friends will turn our enimy automatically?

F: Sometimes it is true, if american companies can earn better then, if they can sell weapons to both sides, it is just better.

S: Why?

F: Because war is good for the economy, what means, that war is good for America. And god is on the side of America, so is every enimy in was a not- american communist. Do you understand now, why we attacked Iraq?

S: I think we attacked them, because god wanted that we do it, right?

F: Yes.

S: But how did we know that god wants that we attack Iraq?

F: Well, you know, god speaks directly to George W. Bush and tells him what he shall do.

S: So, in the end you tell me, that we attacked the Iraq, because George W. Bush hears voices???

F: Yeah! Now you finally understood how the world works. And now close your eyes and sleep. Good night.

S: Good night, dad.
